Chicago Cityscape
Sears Tower, recently renamed Willis Tower, has dominated the Chicago skyline since 1973. On completion it was the tallest building in the world, standing at 442 metres with 108-storeys, it held this accolade for almost 25 years. Following a wave of skyscraper building during the 1960’s and 70’s, Chicago is currently witnessing a resurgence of the super structure with 98-storey Trump International Hotel and Tower a recent addition.
